• Lead-time:
  Your Annja Creation should arrive within 3 weeks from the date of your order. All orders are handmade, signed and numbered by the artist.
• Shipping:
  Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders over $500 tax excluded.
• Order Tracking:
  A Tracking Number is e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.
• Delivery Addresses:
  At this time, Annja Jewelry can only accept orders with delivery addresses within the continguous states of the United States Of America.

Return Policy

• Annja Creations purchased through the Annja Jewelry Store on line may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.
   
  Please note:
  • You may return your Annja art jewelry pendant to the Annja Jewelry center within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card.
  • You may return your Annja art jewelry ring to the Annja Jewelry center within 15 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. After 15 days and within 30 days of receipt, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • You may return your Annja Creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and box in place. Annja Jewelry will not accept any return if the product shows any signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
  • Should you wish to make a return for exchange or return, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return will be accepted without a RAN.

• In order to ensure that your shopping experience with us is secure, all transactions are processed using a secure server.
• A CVV (Card Verification Value) is required as an anti-fraud feature to help ensure that the person placing the order is in possession of the credit card.
